Now me, I'm never one to do things the normal way. No, I HAD to be different. I decided to make this harder and use chairs to elevate myself so I can go deeper and further on the way down. Please note...I am most likely an idiot God do my arms and chest burn now Even though I tested at the top tier, I chose to use the middle tier for the test due to the chairs. I plan to keep repeating week 1 until I can do the top tier week one and simply progress from there.
