Here's a Cap cowl I found for sale. $125, plus $12.50 shipping and insurance.

What do you all think? I'm considering it. It's made for a 24" head and mine's 23" so it'd be nearly perfect. All I need is the wings for it and I know where I can procure them as well.

Got a reply from them on the tentative release date...this is what they sent:
